Standardized Operating Procedures

Nestly Realty does not require a prospective homebuyer to present identification before receiving brokerage services or requesting a property showing. A seller, listing agent, building or other third party may independently require identification for property access, or identification may be required later in a transaction or by law.

Nestly Realty does not require an exclusive buyer-broker agreement as a condition of receiving general information or beginning discussions. Before arranging a private property showing or providing property-specific buyer representation, Nestly Realty requires applicable agency disclosures and a separate written buyer representation and compensation agreement. That agreement need not be exclusive, and its terms and compensation are negotiable.

Nestly Realty does not require mortgage pre-approval or proof of funds before providing brokerage services or showing a property. A seller, listing agent, building, lender or other transaction participant may independently request pre-approval, proof of funds or similar documentation for a showing, offer or later transaction stage.
